·	Participants must book beforehand using an application form and return it to the Booking Office with a non-refundable fee of £10 per site (between rail posts about 8’). There is a 50% discount if you book for six months I.e. £30. A receipt will be sent.

·	Your site number will be the same as 2007, new artists will be placed in unused spaces and sent the site number in April. We try to keep friends together.

·	Hang art on railings or bring your own display stands or tables. Gazeboes are possible but pegs into tarmac are not allowed. They will be in a special wider part of the prom.

·	Foot access from Main Street car park near the Commodore Hotel over Bayley Lane pedestrian railway crossing with care (100+ m)

·	Authorised cars are allowed on before 10 a.m. but must stay until after 4 p.m. Access via the station underpass. Take care - NO SPEEDING. Pedestrians have priority.

·	We suggest you protect articles from rain and occasional gusty wind.

·	Listen to Lakeland Radio and Radio Cumbria.

·	Insurance is the responsibility of the participant

·	Good taste limitation – organiser, mayor or deputy can refuse participation

·	Posters and leaflets are available, please ask
