If the weather seems to be less than ideal, many people won’t turn up. However, some will. In extreme, we will not put up the rail signs for you. If this happens, please accept your numbered rail sign from our steward at the station underpass.
All artists, with or without a gazebo, will take the next available space starting at the Bayley Lane pedestrian railway crossing. They will leave two eight foot spaces between artists where the car can be parked on the sea-side of the prom. You may do a three point turn before parking if you wish. This means the few present will be nearer one another – more matey!
Please do not leave the prom before 11 a.m. at the earliest. This will depend on the weather & visitors around. Only you can decide when “enough is enough”. If you wish to leave before 4 p.m. take particular care in driving slowly as children maybe about. – safety is paramount.
Please leave the numbered sign on the prom railings for us to collect after 4 p.m.
